Golf Advisor Names Bayou Oaks at City Park a Top Course in Louisiana

Online golf magazine Golf Advisor has announced the 2019 Golfers’ Choice: Best Louisiana Golf Courses.  New Orleans City Park is proud to announce Bayou Oaks at City Park has been named one of fifteen top golf courses in Louisiana.

The annual Golf Advisor state Golfers' Choice lists are compiled by analyzing the ratings and reviews submitted by members of the review community throughout the year. Golf Advisor uses their Golf Advisor Index logic that weights newer reviews and combine it with a course's weighted subcategory averages. Reviews from trusted and active reviewers are weighted heavier than inactive members. Courses must offer public access and have received at least one review in 2019 to be eligible for this year's list.

Bayou Oaks at City Park is in great company with other Louisiana courses such as Koasati Pines at Coushatta and Atchafalaya at Idlewild Golf Course.  To visit the online post and see the other winners, please visit this link.

“We’re honored to be included in the annual Golf Advisor Golfers’ Choice list for Louisiana in 2019. We love being able to provide a great golf experience in such a beautiful setting as New Orleans City Park. Golfer's Choice rankings are determined by a community of reviewers – so this is a particularly wonderful list to be a part of as it comes from the golfers themselves. We’re looking forward to a great 2020 and to showing off the links to more and more national and regional traveling golfers and locals alike,” said Brian Long General manager, Bayou Oaks at City Park.
