    Join your friends at the Peristyle for exercising fun in New Orleans City Park with lululemon. These events are free and open to the public. Each class is from 6:30pm to 7:30pm. Every month there will be a new instructor who will bring a new style. HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) use intervals and a variety of movements, to raise your heart rate in a short amount of time. You can expect things like squats, push up variations, burpees, and lunges to name a few. Instructors may bring along free weights, kettle bells, jump ropes, and other accessories to enhance the class. Bring water to stay hydrated and a towel. If guest are required to bring anything else for a particular class lululemon will inform you via their Facebook event page.
