New Orleans City Park is as magical and unique as the city of New Orleans. The 1,300-acre outdoor oasis has enchanted New Orleanians since 1854, making it one of the nation’s oldest urban parks. The Park’s premier holiday event, Celebration in the Oaks, garners over 175,000 visitors from across the world celebrating what has become the New Orleans holiday family tradition. Become a sponsor and be one of our Merry Makers in bringing this incredible light show to life.
Why is Celebration in the Oaks important?
Currently the Park generates 91% of its $22 million operating budget through activities in the Park, often weather dependent. Celebration in the Oaks is one of those activities and makes up approximately 14% of the Park’s budget. The success of this event and your support are vital to the Park’s day-to-day operations.
New this year!
We are introducing our new Merry Maker Passes for our sponsors at the $1,500 and above! These passes will give you unlimited admission, unlimited rides, and free train reservations on-site for the entire Celebration in the Oaks season. Each pass will be personalized for you, your family, or clients and will be a festive lanyard that can be worn in the event to show your Merry Maker support.
Proceeds benefit the day-to-day maintenance and care of New Orleans City Park.
