I have problems with my tickets, who can I contact? For all ticketing questions, please reach out to WRSTBND, our ticketing partner at email@example.com. Include your order confirmation number for the fastest reply. Please do not call the Park (there is nothing we can do to help other than give you the email address listed above).
Can I get a refund? This is a Park fundraiser and unfortunately, no refunds will be issued. Ticket holders who have a date conflict will be afforded the opportunity to reschedule their date, based on availability and a $5.00 fee. All reservation changes must be made at least 2 days prior to your confirmed date. There is a link in your order confirmation to reschedule your tour date and/or time.
Are group discounts available? No discounts will be offered in 2020.
My child is 2 - does he need an Add-On ticket? Children 3 years old and under do not need an Add-On ticket to participate with a paying adult.
Can I bring a bus? Mini Busses under 11 feet are allowed. Should you have questions about this, please email Julie at firstname.lastname@example.org. Should your mini bus at the time of arrival be over 11 feet, your mini bus will be turned away (highs over 11 feet will run into trees and light exhibits)
Why are the names of the people in the car needed? Add the first name of each person in your vehicle (and select adult or child) for a special interactive portion of the tour.
Can I add names to my ticket list after purchase? Yes, you can add additional names with the “Manage Reservation” link in your ticket confirmation email.
I cannot find the confirmation email with my vehicle pass, how can I have it sent to me again? To retrieve your order confirmation and vehicle pass, visit this link: https://cito.wrstbnd.com/p/lookup and enter the email used to originally purchase your ticket.
It's prior to my ticket being scanned and now I want Add-On Activitiy tickets - can I buy them? Yes, you can add additional ticket purchases with the “Manage Reservation” link in your ticket confirmation email. Add-On tickets can only be purchased with a Driving Tour. Add-On Activities must be done the night of your Dirivng Tour.
