Fishing in City Park

Bass, catfish and perch make their homes in the 11 miles of lagoons in City Park. The Park fishing license requirement has been suspended until further notice, but those wishing to fish the park’s waterways must carry a freshwater fishing license from the State of Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries.

Big Bass Fishing Rodeo
