New Orleans City Park’s Annual Philanthropic Giving Circle

The Oak Tree Circle is the annual philanthropic giving circle of New Orleans City Park.  The giving circle celebrates individual donors making annual gifts of $1,000 or more to further City Park’s mission.

An exceptional community of individuals, Oak Tree Circle members are united by a determination to ease the burden of the annual costs tied to Park operations, improvements, and beautification. Our goal is to provide meaningful experiences to recognize your distinguished and generous support.

LEVELS + BENEFITS:
With five giving levels ranging from $1,000 to $25,000+, the Oak Tree Circle provides a variety of rewarding benefits such as:

• Exclusive members-only invitations and tours
• Premier recognition
• Friends of City Park membership
• Tickets to annual appreciation events

Water Oak - $1,000
• Recognition in City Park’s Annual Report
• Friends of City Park Membership – Individual Plus Level ($65 Value)
• Invitations to special events throughout the year: 
o Two tickets to the Annual Toast in the Oaks Donor Appreciation event
o VIP Tent Access at Swinging in the Oaks
o Pre-performance cocktail hour before 3rd of July event
• Behind-the-scenes tours with Park professionals
• Quarterly updates from CEO/CDO

Shumard Oak - $2,500
• Recognition in City Park’s Annual Report
• Friends of City Park Membership - Family Level ($75 Value)
• Invitations to special events throughout the year:

o VIP Tent Access at Swinging in the Oaks

Live Oak - $5,000

President’s Circle - $10,000
• Recognition as a member of the Chairman’s Circle in City Park Annual Report

o Invitation to VIP Tent at Swinging in the Oaks
o Pre-performance cocktail hour before 3rd of July event and preferred reserved seating

Chairman’s Circle - $25,000+
• Recognition in City Park’s Annual Report
• Friends of City Park Membership - Ambassador Level ($500 Value)
• Invitations to special events throughout the year:
o Sixteen tickets to the Annual Toast in the Oaks Donor Appreciation event
o Invitation to VIP Tent at Swinging in the Oaks
o Pre-performance cocktail hour before 3rd of July event and preferred reserved seating
o Eight tickets to the exclusive City Park Oak Tree Circle Breakfast
• Behind-the-scenes tours with Park professionals
• Quarterly updates from CEO/CDO
• Invitation to Oak Tree Circle "salons" held in private residences and other unique venues around City Park’s perimeter
• Access to the Patron’s Desk, a concierge service designed to help you enjoy the best of City Park

Capstone Member: three-year commitment
• Oak Tree Circle gifts with a commitment of three or more years count toward being a Capstone Member
• Capstone Members provide Park Administration with the knowledge that year after year funds will be available to continue vital programs within the Park
• Participation as a Capstone Member signifies being part of a special community of donors dedicated to shaping the future of City Park
