New Orleans City Park Easter Egg Hunt

WHAT: New Orleans City Park hides more than 15,000 candy-filled Easter eggs around the Amusement Park, including golden eggs with special prizes hidden inside. Kids will enjoy face painting and more entertainment. We invite parents to bring their camera for photos with the Easter bunny.

The event is recommended for children 8 years old and younger and there will be a ‘little kid’ area just for toddlers. There is no need to bring a personal basket or bag, children will place their 12 collected eggs into a provided egg carton.

Tickets are available ahead of time and at the door.

WHEN:       Saturday, April 12, 2014
Gates open at 9am and the egg hunt is at 10am

WHERE: Carousel Gardens Amusement Park, 7 Victory Ave, New Orleans, LA 70112. There is free parking available on Park streets and in the parking lot across the street from Carousel Gardens.

TICKETS:  Price: $4 per person – Under 12 months is free admission

IN ADDITION:  Storyland will open at 9am and rides in Carousel Gardens Amusement Park will begin running at 11am.
