Ticket Purchases

Please note the following before purchasing your tickets. Scroll to the bottom to continue to the sales page.

Bring your Printed Tickets: You must have a pdf reader installed (such as Adobe Acrobat Reader) and a working printer. If your printer does not work, please forward the confirmation email to a friend or family member for printing. Print the pdf as a full page with legible bar codes. The barcode must be scanned at the gate.

Flash Required: The shopping cart must be accessed via an Adobe Flash enabled device. It may not currently be accessible on some mobile devices.

Added Fees: The ticket price includes taxes. A processing fee of $1 per ticket is added to all web purchases for tickets priced over $5. A 50¢ fee applies to tickets priced below $5.

No exchanges or refunds: Please choose your tickets and quantities carefully.
Regular admission tickets (including Celebration in the Oaks Admission) may be used on any day/night during the operating season for that attraction but may not be carried over to another season. The date of purchase, location, and ticket number will print on the ticket-- the purchase date does not indicate the validity date.
Party/One day Event tickets (Celebration in the Oaks Preview Party, Celebration in the Oaks Family Party, Ghosts in the Oaks, Thursdays at Twilight Concerts, Martini Madness, Lark in the Park, etc) are valid for that event/performance only. Ghosts in the Oaks is a two-day event, but tickets are valid only for the day indicated on the ticket name.

Other ways to buy:
  • Celebration in the Oaks Admission tickets may be pre-purchased online or during operating hours at the Botanical Garden Gift Shop, at Storyland, or at City Park Administration, 1 Palm Drive. Admission Tickets may also be purchased at the red ticket booths near the entrances during the event. Ticket lines during the event may be long at times, especially on Friday and Saturday evenings, and lines will generally increase as we get closer to Christmas. Lines do move quickly, however.
    Single Ride Tickets and Train Tickets may be pre-purchased online or at the Botanical Garden Gift Shop or at City Park Administration, 1 Palm Drive. Train and Ride tickets may also be purchased during the event inside the Amusement Park.
    Unlimited Ride bands are available only inside the Carousel Gardens Amusement Park during the event.

  • To purchase tickets online: On the shopping page, increase the quantity of the desired ticket, click the cart icon to add it to your cart, repeat to add other types of tickets. Once the tickets are in your cart, click "Proceed to Checkout" and enter your information. Your tickets will be created as a PDF and may be accessed via a link on your confirmation page. The link will also be emailed to the address provided during checkout. It may take a few minutes to process your order. Do not refresh your screen or hit the back button on your browser as this may result in multiple purchases. Print the tickets and bring them with you to the gate.     Problems? If you do not receive a copy of your receipt/ticket via email after 5-10 minutes or via the link provided at the end of your process, please click your send/recieve, check mail, or refresh button, check your junk mail folder, then email websaleshelp@nocp.org and provide your information as provided during checkout so we may lookup your transaction and resend the email. We will process the request as soon as possible. Please also provide an alternate email address if possible in case there is an issue with your service provider blocking the email.
