Walking in City Park is one of my favorite activities. Whatever the season there’s always breathtaking sights and new discoveries. One of my favorite times to stroll through the park is in the Spring especially before the humidity comes rolling in covering the city in a blanket of constant, almost smothering heat. The annual Spring Garden Show in the New Orleans Botanical Garden invites visitors to explore the beautiful Botanical Garden, more than 50 horticultural exhibits, family friendly activities, and enjoy educational ‘Walk and Talk’ lectures. The festival includes plant sales, garden product sales, a Plant Health Clinic, a Children’s Discovery Zone, an art market, and live music on the Haspel Outdoor Stage.

Hi! Geneva here. I wanted to share with you one of the great joys I have found in the Park. I have been an amateur photographer my whole life.
