I have problems with my tickets, who can I contact? For all ticketing questions, please reach out to WRSTBND, our ticketing partner at firstname.lastname@example.org. Include your order confirmation number for the fastest reply. All ticketing questions and issues are managed through this email and there is no phone support.
Can I get a refund? Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued. Ticket holders who have a date conflict will be afforded the opportunity to reschedule their date, based on availability and a $5.00 fee. All reservation changes must be made at least 2 days prior to your confirmed date. There is a link in your order confirmation to reschedule your tour date and/or time.
Are group discounts available? No discounts will be offered in 2021.
Do children need an Add-On ticket? Children 3 years old and under do not need an Add-On ticket to participate with a paying adult.
Can I bring a bus? Mini Buses under 11 feet are allowed. Mini buses over 11 feet will not pass the clearance for some driving tour exhibits and tree canopies, therefore will be denied access. Should you have questions about this, please email Julie at email@example.com.
Why are the names of the people in the car needed? Add the first name of each person in your vehicle (and select adult or child) for a special interactive portion of the tour.
Can I add names to my ticket list after purchase? Yes, you can add additional names with the “Manage Reservation” link in your ticket confirmation email.
I cannot find the confirmation email with my vehicle pass, how can I have it sent to me again? To retrieve your order confirmation and vehicle pass, visit this link: https://cito.wrstbnd.com/p/lookup and enter the email used to originally purchase your ticket.
It's prior to my ticket being scanned and now I want Add-On Activity tickets - can I buy them? Yes, you can add additional ticket purchases with the “Manage Reservation” link in your ticket confirmation email. Add-On tickets can only be purchased with a Driving Tour. Add-On Activities must be done the night of your Driving Tour.
Do I need to do the driving tour to purchase the Add-On Experience? No, the driving tour experience is not required to purchase the Add-On Experience in the Carousel Gardens Amusement Park and Botanical Garden.
FRIENDS OF CITY PARK MEMBERSHIP
I’m a member of Friends of CIty Park, what’s the discount? FOCP members will receive one free driving tour admission valid anytime from November 25 through January 2 (closed December 24 and 31).
I need to renew my membership, can I do it on site at Celebration in the Oaks? No, you cannot renew at the event. Please renew ahead of time at friendsofcitypark.com.
How do Friends of City Park members book with a discount? Simply use the email address on file with your membership during the checkout process on the CITO ticketing site. The discount will be prompted once the system recognizes your email address.
How do I contact the Friends of City Park office with questions or to renew my membership? Email firstname.lastname@example.org. Emails will be answered during business hours. If you have questions about ticketing please email the ticketing agency directly at email@example.com for assistance. There is currently no phone support for ticketing.
GENERAL EVENT QUESTIONS
Where does the driving tour begin? 2 Friederichs Ave. off Wisner (this is the ONLY entrance)
Can I buy tickets at the gate/door/event? No. All tickets must be purchased in advance at this link.
So there are TWO parts to the event this year? Yes, the Driving Tour and as an 'add on' to that experience, you can purchase the walking experience which includes the Carousel Gardens Amusement Park, including rides, and the Botanical Garden Beer Garden.
Are there still over a million lights? Yes
How long is the tour? The driving route is 2.25 miles long, and will take approximately 30 to 47 minutes on high demand evenings.
What type of vehicles can ticket holders 'ride in'? Everyone needs to be in a seatbelt at all times in all vehicles. Cars, SUVs, and limos are allowed. Guests must ride inside trucks and not in the back of trucks/in the truck's open bed. Convertibles are ok but guests must remain seated. Motorcycles will be allowed and the price of admission is the same as that of a car. Bicycles are not allowed as they pose a safety risk.
Masks...where do I have to wear a mask? We ask the driver to wear a mask when interacting with staff who are outside your car. Once the driving tour begins, the driver no longer needs to wear a mask. If participating in Add-On Activities in Carousel Gardens, a mask must be worn at all times except when directly eating or drinking. We also ask for people to socially distance while in Carousel Gardens and Botanical Garden, especially while waiting in lines.
Can I Park and walk to the event? Walking along the driving route is prohibited and will be monitored by security personnel. To participate in the Add-On Experience, please park your car and walk down Victory only.
Is there a Santa available for photos? There is no opportunity to take a photo with Santa this year.
Size of vehicles permitted? Standard sedan-size and SUVs will all be allowed. Any “mini bus” must fall under 11’ in height to fit underneath the oak trees. Mini buses and other vehicles with more than 8 passengers should email firstname.lastname@example.org to purchase special passes.
Are limousines permitted? Yes, tickets for limos, mini buses, and other vehicles with more than 8 passengers should email email@example.com to purchase special passes.
Are pets allowed in my car? Yes. They are not allowed inside Carousel Gardens however. Do Not leave your pet in the car without you.
Is City Putt open? City Putt is not open during the hours of Celebration in the Oaks.
What are the hours of Cafe Du Monde? Sunday - Thursday 8am to 11pm and Friday/Saturday 8am to midnight.
I forgot to order my 2021 CITO ornament when I bought my Driving Tour tickets - how can I purchase one now? Email firstname.lastname@example.org or drop by the Administration Building Monday - Friday 8:30am to 4pm to purchase.
