An Event in the Garden

An art exhibition and sale of original works created by artists “in response” to the natural landscape of the Botanical Garden and its surrounding Park.  Co-chaired by Aimee Farnet Seigel, Rebecca Rebouche, Ben Depp and Steve Mercer, the event will showcase artists representing a broad spectrum of artistic interpretation from representational "plein air" sytle works to abstract paintings, photography, sculpture and more.

CITY PARK FACTS:

The Peristyle, a magnificent Neo-Classical pavilion with Ionic columns, is one of City Park's oldest structures. It was built in 1907 and originally designed as a platform for dancing.
