City Park is green and getting greener every day!

With 1,300 acres of green space, located in the center of New Orleans, New Orleans City Park acts as a backyard to many New Orleanians and a favorite destination to millions of visitors each year. To ensure the long term health of this treasured green space, New Orleans City Park is committed to environmental stewardship through education, outreach, and conservation projects, and continued sustainability through waste management and reduction, energy efficiency, and green infrastructure.

Please only feed City Park birds in the water or on grass ñ do not toss bread or other food in the dirt. The birds may get sick if they eat dirt.
