Happy and healthy kids are part of the foundation of any great community, and City Park Conservancy is committed to giving your family a safe and fun place to keep your kids active and experience outdoor play. The Park is filled with a variety of playgrounds and play structures suited for kids of all ages to enjoy.  

Stanley Ray Playground

Located near Popp Bandstand and Cafe du Monde,  Stanley Ray Playground is a classic playground with slides, swings, and tunnels designed specifically for kids ages 2–5. Located nearby are some of City Park’s famous live oaks, where your kids can climb or you can snap a great family photo.

Magnolia Playground

Located near Marconi Drive, Magnolia Playground is adjacent to a peaceful lagoon and sits underneath large trees.  The playground can be accessed from Harrison Avenue. Magnolia Playground includes climbing areas, monkey bars, slide, balance beam, rope wall, climbing wall and more. The playground is geared towards children ages 5–12.  

Sir Cumference Playground

Located at the Festival Grounds between Christian Brothers School and the Reunion Shelter on Friedrichs Avenue, this playground includes climbing areas, monkey bars, a slide, balance beams, and musical instruments for kids to play. The Sir Cumference playground sits inside a paved concrete circle; it is the circle shape that lent its geometric details to the playground’s name. This playground is geared towards children ages 5–12.

Starbucks Playground

Located near Carousel Gardens off Stadium Drive and Victory Avenue near Marconi Drive, Starbucks Playground is great for kids 5–12. Parents will find plenty of benches under the shade of the oak trees here.
